    Each property will have an image on the TV & fire in the fire place.

  • A photoshoot of the exterior only taken at sunset. All of the lights must be turned on, all blinds open, and we will implement a scenic sky behind your property.

  • Ten drone photos of the property and showing the proximity to outdoor attractions. (Ski Resorts, Forest, Lake, etc.)

  • A Matterport scan allows you to virtually see & tour the house to have an idea and understanding the layout of the house.

  • Images provided to show how each room is laid out in accordance with each other.

Drone Operation

We have been flying drones professionally for over 5 years now. We are part 107 certified and insured. Able to suit all your needs (location and weather permitting.)

  • 10 images showcasing the house, property and surrounding area.

  • Per liability waiver signed, we can and will be hired for races or other events to showcase a different perspective.
